- Specifications for procurement and installation of additional synchronous condensers to increase the ac system strength
- Studies to review the technical and operational aspects of a multiterminal dc interconnection between Manitoba and Ontario.
- Design work to interface the existing facilities with the thyristor valves that replaced Bipole 1 mercury arc valves
- Specification and design of replacement ac filter reactors and resistors, and dc filter reactors.
- Specification and inspection relating to replacement converter
transformers.
- Specification, design work, and inspection for spare smoothing reactors.
